Jim Conaty – Chief Executive Officer
Mr. Conaty serves as Chief Executive Officer, Director and a Principal Shareholder of the ADS Ltd., business units. He is a Director of the HallStar Company and VanDeMark Chemical. Mr. Conaty is an advisor to Smith Whiley and Company, a debt and private equity fund firm. He also serves on the Advisory Board of Riverlake Partners and Monhegan Partners, LLC.
Previously, Mr. Conaty was the President of HB Fuller’s $1.2 billion global adhesives unit where he managed production and technical sites in 38 countries and over 3,000 employees worldwide. Prior to that, he was President and Chief Executive Officer of EFTEC, HB Fuller Automotive’s global automotive joint venture with EMS-CHEMIE. Mr. Conaty began his career with General Electric Company serving in several senior, global leadership roles over his 15-year tenure with the company. He is a graduate of Syracuse University’s Slocum School of Business.
Carrie Joseph – Chief Operating Officer
Ms. Joseph has been with the company since 1994, and has worked in Human Resources, Accounting and Operations. In her capacity as COO, she is responsible for Operations, Sales, Finance, Human Resources and IT.
Prior to ADS, Ms. Joseph worked in the retail and paper printing industries in various finance and management roles. Ms. Joseph has a B.A. in Business from Michigan State University and an MBA from the University of Michigan.
Chris Burke – Vice President, Sales
Mr. Burke has worked for ADS since 1985. In his current capacity as Vice President of Sales, he is responsible for sales development and market development activities. Prior to his current role, Mr. Burke held a variety of positions, including General Manager and Vice President of Finance.
Given Mr. Burke’s tenure at ADS, he is intimately familiar with the operations, technologies and capabilities of the company. This depth of knowledge helps Mr. Burke position ADS to meet the ever-increasing customer demands for quality, delivery and cost, and to cultivate strong relationships with all of ADS’ customers.
Mr. Burke graduated from Mount St. Mary’s University with a B.S. in Accounting.
Marshall Paterson- VP of New Product Development and Marketing
Marshall Paterson joined ADS from the electronics industry in 1985, and spent his first 15 years with the company in a variety of technical roles in ADS’ then European location. He was responsible for developing the company’s position in the telecommunications and other non-automotive markets.
In 2001, he transferred to the Michigan location to bring InMold technology to the USA. Since then he has been Sales Engineering Manager, Development Manager, and most recently, Vice President of New Product Development and Marketing.
Mr. Paterson holds First Class Honors in Electronics from Napier University of Edinburgh.
